Hair colour gets white usually after certain age of life. But if this appears at an early age, this is a serious concern and needs to be treated well. This may be the result of some diseases like hereditary disease or nervous shock. It may lead to embarrassment and may affect the confidence levels of affected person.
White hair may be the result of stress and tension. Consumption of alcohol, tea and coffee in excessive amount may also cause white hair. A faulty diet is also considered as one of the important causes of white hair. Deficiency of vitamins and minerals at young age may lead to the problem of white hair. Get Buttermilk to Prevent White Hair :-
- While we have known, right at the beginning, that curry leaves with coconut oil is a wonderful remedy for premature graying of hair, we can also use buttermilk with curry leaves for similar effect.

Use Indian Gooseberry’s Wonder for Hair :-

Amla Remedy for Oily Hair :-
If you have oily hair, you may not like to apply oil to your hair. In such a case, you can use amla water to treat your hair. For making amla water,
• Take a cup of water.
• Mix 1 tsp amla powder in it.
• Boil the water till it reduces to half of its quantity.
• You should get at least 3 teaspoons of amla water.
• Mix 3 teaspoons of lemon juice with the amla water.
• Now add this amal-lemon juice mix to the required amount of water that is needed to wash your hair.
• Wash you hair with this water.
Curry Leaves :-
- Curry leaves are helpful for the patients suffering from white hair problem.
- The leaves can be used in combination with buttermilk.
- Prepare a paste by mixing butter milk and curry leaves.
- Take one teaspoon of curry leaves and add them in one cup of buttermilk.
- This remedy is helpful for treating premature greying of hair.
- Apply this remedy on scalp and massage it gently.
- Washing it after thirty minutes would be beneficial.
Ghee & Onion :-
- Ghee is helpful for the treatment of white hair.
- Consumption of ghee by adding it in foods would be beneficial.
- It can also be used for massaging purpose.
- Massaging the ghee in the roots of hair would be very helpful for treating white hair.
- Onion is useful for the patients suffering from white hair.
- Extract onion and prepare juice from it.
- It can also be used in the form of paste prepared from onion.
- Massaging the onion juice on scalp for several days is beneficial.
- This remedy is helpful in controlling the hoar.
Sesame Seed Oil :-
- Sesame seed oil is helpful for the patients suffering from white hair problem.
- Take one teaspoon of sesame seed oil and combine it with four teaspoons of almond oil.
- Paste can be prepared by mixing both the ingredients well.
- Massaging this oil on scalp for about twenty minutes is recommended.

Black Tea, Yogurt & Vitamin B :-
- Black tea is beneficial for the treatment of white hair.
- Take one teaspoon of salt and add it in one cup of black tea.
- Massaging this mixture on hair scalp is recommended.
- Leave as such for about one hour and wash the hair gently.
- Yogurt is one of the natural cures for the treating white hair.
- Consumption of half to one litre of yogurt on a daily basis is recommended.
- Vitamin B is helpful for the patients suffering from white hair.
- Sources of vitamin B include green leafy vegetables, wheat, nuts, oats, fruits and wheat.
- These foods can be consumed for overcoming the deficiency of vitamin B.
Eat a hair-healthy diet :-
Maintaining a healthy, balanced diet plays a huge role in the health of your hair, so making sure your body is getting all the hair-friendly vitamins and nutrients it needs can help to prevent white hairs.
- Make sure you are eating plenty of lean protein (hair is made from protein), fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Drink plenty of water for hydration.

- Poor quality hair products are full of chemicals such as sulfates, phosphates, chlorine and ammonia which dry out the hair and weaken the roots, making you more prone to white hairs.

Wheat Gram, Iodine & Ginger :-
- Wheat gram is beneficial for the treatment of white hair.
- It can also be mixed along with milk. Take two teaspoons of wheat gram and mix it with milk.
- Iodine is helpful for the patients suffering from white hair.
- Foods that are rich in iodine can be consumed.
- These foods include carrots, bananas and fishes.
- This natural remedy is helpful for maintaining healthy hair.
- Ginger is useful for the treatment of white hair.
- Grate fresh ginger and mix it with honey.
- Keep this mixture in a jar.
