How to stop frequent urination naturally at night

 

It will be normal to urinate 4 to 6 times per day; however, if it is more than this number, you can be suffering from the frequent urination problem, especially when you urinate more than eight times per day. This problem can be caused by diabetes, anxiety, pregnancy, bladder stones, urinary tract infection, prostate problem, and kidney infections.

If you do not drink excess water or drink it too close to the bedtime and still must urinate more than eight times per day or wake up frequently at night, you have to visit your doctor for causes of frequent urination. This will become crucial if your problem is accompanied by chills and fever. If there is nothing too serious about this problem, you may use either of these ways to get rid of frequent urination.

Pomegranate Paste :-

  • Ever thought pomegranate skin can be of any use? For those who suffer from frequent urination problem, pomegranate skin works as a great medicine.
  • All you have to do is to make a fine paste of pomegranate skin and take a pinch of this paste with a few drops of water for about 2 times a day.
  • You can follow this for about five days.
  • This antioxidant and vitamin rich fruit helps in bringing down the bladder heat and thereby giving great relief from the frequent urination urge.

Sesame Seeds :-

    • Sesame seed is a rich source of vitamins, minerals, fibres and is a powerful antioxidant.
    • Eating sesame seeds mixed with jaggery is an effective medicine to control excess urinary flow.
  • You can also mix a few grams of black sesame seeds, carom seeds and jaggery and consume it for faster relief from frequent urination.

Fenugreek Seeds :-

  • Powerful diuretic, fenugreek seeds are rich sources of natural chemical compounds that can effectively treat urinary disorders.
  • Eating fenugreek seeds everyday can prevent frequent urination woes.
  • Make a powder of fenugreek seeds, dry ginger and bishop weed seeds and mix it with honey or water.
  • Taking this mixture twice a day will help in curbing the urge to urinate repeatedly.

Do Kegel Exercises :-

    • Your pelvic floor muscles will support and hold up your bladder.
    • When the pelvic floor muscles are weak, you may have urine leakage and frequent urination and even urinary incontinence.
  • Kegel exercises may improve the strength of these pelvic floor muscles drastically and assist you in getting rid of frequent urination along with some other urine-related problems.

Amla, Banana, And Honey :-

Basil or Tulsi :-

Cumin :-

    • Cumin the most common household spice has remarkable and wide ranging medicinal qualities.
