Home Remedies to Prepone , Postpone Menstrual Periods Naturally

The Monthly menstrual cycle is one of the most significant process in a woman’s body when it comes to her reproductive strength and her health. Eat Some Papaya :-

Papaya is another food that contains carotene, and is also one of the best home remedies for proponing your period. Not only does it stimulate estrogen, but it also generates excess heat in your body, helping to quicken the time your menses arrives. Papaya is excellent with a squeeze or two of fresh lime, which will also give you a healthy dose of vitamin C. The next time you want your period to arrive early, you may want to try this tested method before any other.

Prepare A Pineapple :-

Like papaya, pineapple is another tropical fruit that generates the body heat needed to start your period earlier than expected. Pineapple has worked for thousands of women that for whatever reason need to prepone their periods. It is especially effective when eaten in large quantities. You may want to consider making a pineapple and papaya fruit salad to further ensure your period comes when you need it to.

Always available in the Indian kitchen, jaggery is a good home remedy for preponing periods. Consume jaggery with sesame seeds or drink a glass of ginger juice with jaggery on an empty stomach early in the morning as this is believed to help prepone your menstruation cycle.

Pomegranate :-

Drink pomegranate juice thrice a day for a few days or have one glass of (pomegranate juice with sugarcane juice) juice mixture four times a day to start your menstrual cycle early. Here are five reasons pomegranate is good for the skin.

Ginger Juice, Jaggery :-

Jaggery is a good home remedy for preponing periods as it has a heating effect on the body. Mix 2 tbsp of Jaggery in one glass of water. Add 1 tbsp of freshly prepared ginger juice to it; drink the prepared mixture early in the morning on empty stomach, for few days to prepone periods naturally.
