What you need
- 1 large purple or green cabbage (purple contains more antioxidants)
- 2 inches ginger root
- 1-2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 big size apple (optional)
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds (optional)
Directions
- Cut cabbage, apples and ginger in small pieces and boil then together in 1 ½ cup of water for 4-5 minutes.
- Then blend it including water and adding ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds to make juice,
- you can add more water if required.
- Take this juice in glass, add lemon juice and drink it daily morning.
- You can refrigerate this juice for having cool punch.
