  • Add seafood in your diet, as it is a wealthy source of magnesium. 
  • Tomatoes, Carrots & radishes are low in calories but high in vitamins; add them in your daily food.

2 Apples

Cut the cucumber & apples, blend them well together in the grinder or juicer, add half glass of warm water, add 1 tablespoon spirulina powder in it, add 2 tablespoon lime or lemon juice, add half teaspoon black pepper and mix all the ingredients properly, Have this 1 glass juice once or twice in the morning before breakfast or 30 minutes before lunch or dinner. 

Spirulina mango shakes Ingredients :-

3-4 cups of chopped ripe mango
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon Spirulina powder

Mix all ingredients in the grinder; add 2 cup water in it. Also add 1 tablespoon honey & black pepper to improve the taste.

Spirulina honey topping Ingredients :-


3 tablespoons raw honey
1 & half teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 & half teaspoon Spirulina powder

Blend all ingredients together and drizzle it on fruits, vegetable salad with olive oil, you can also use it your green or ginger tea and your regular diet.
