Home Remedies For Postpartum Depression
Sometimes some women get affected by a depression after having a baby and this depression is known as postpartum depression. Hormonal changes occurring after pregnancy and stress can cause postpartum depression. Women who have already suffered from postpartum depression are most likely to get affected by it again.
Feeling sad, anxious, hungry, loss of body weight, headaches, having difficulty in sleeping and loss of appetite are some of the symptoms of postpartum depression.
Peppermint :-
- Take some peppermint leaves and grind them properly.
- Then take the finely grinded powder and add it to a cup of water.
- Boil it, steep it and then strain it.
- After that drink the peppermint tea 2-3 times every day.
- You can also add few drops of peppermint oil to some water and take a bath with it every day or put some peppermint oil on a cotton ball and massage your body with it at least 3 times every day.
Lemon :-
- Take some lemons, cut them into small pieces and have them every day along with your every day food.
- You can also have 2-3 glasses of lemon juice every day.
- Take a cup of tea and add few drops of lemon to it, mix it well and then drink it.
- You can also take a glass of warm water, add some honey and 2-3 drops of lemon to it and then have it.
- Have it at least 2 times every day.
Salt :-
- Take some salt and add it to a tub of water.
- Heat them well and then allow it to cool down.
- After that take a shower with this water.
- Do this 3 times every day.
- You can also add 2-3 drops of jasmine oil to the water containing some salt and mix them well.
- Then use the water to wash your body well 2-3 times every day.
Eat healthy :-
- There is no magic diet that fixes depression.
- It’s a good idea to watch what you eat, though.
- If depression tends to make you overeat, getting in control of your eating will help you feel better.
Exercise :-
- It temporarily boosts feel-good chemicals called endorphins.
- It may also have long-term benefits for people withdepression.

Motherwort :-

ROSEMARY :-
